Saadiyat Island
The cultural island of Abu Dhabi: a long Gulf shoreline, white-sand beaches and the Cultural District minutes away.
Saadiyat Island lies just off the coast of Abu Dhabi. Its beaches face the open Gulf, and the island is also the city's cultural address: the Saadiyat Cultural District is home to the Louvre Abu Dhabi, the Zayed National Museum, the Abrahamic Family House and teamLab Phenomena, with the Manarat Al Saadiyat exhibition centre close by.
Saadiyat combines different ways of living: apartments on the shore, villas in gated neighbourhoods and penthouses overlooking the Gulf. One of its most notable addresses is Mamsha Al Saadiyat, nine buildings along the shoreline of one of the best beaches in Abu Dhabi.
Each residence offered here is presented personally by your advisor, with private viewings by appointment.
