Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Seven Spaces Real Estate L.L.C. (Dubai Trade License No. 1066033, RERA ORN 30321), trading as "Realtimo" ("we"), operates luxury.realtimo.com (the "Site") and is the controller of the personal data described below. Your point of contact is the advisor named on the Site, Vladislav Shum (RERA BRN 68572).

2. Who This Policy Covers

This Policy applies to visitors of the Site who browse residences and send an enquiry or a private-register request. Other Realtimo websites and tools may have their own notices where they work differently.

3. What We Collect

1. Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (and its country), the residence you are asking about, what you are looking for if you tell us (for example an area or budget), and any message you write.
2. Record of your consent: the date and time, the version of the consent notice you saw and the page you sent the request from. If you arrived through a link with campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), those tags are saved with your request.
3. Technical data: like every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address and browser information to deliver the Site, protect it against abuse and limit repeated requests. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages and sources they come from. It does not use cookies, does not follow you across other websites and does not build an advertising profile. We do not use advertising trackers on the Site.
4. Country, currency and language: to show prices in a currency that suits you, the Site asks our hosting provider which country your connection comes from (derived from your IP address by Cloudflare). We use it only to pick the currency and the language of your first visit (visitors from Russia and other CIS countries are offered the Russian version of the Site, visitors from countries where German, French, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese is spoken are offered the version in that language, everyone else the English one) and do not store it on our servers or link it to you. The currency and the language you choose, and the exchange rates, are kept in your own browser (see the Cookie & Local Storage Notice).
5. Your shortlist: the residences you save with the heart icon are stored only in your own browser (local storage) and are not sent to us.

4. How We Use It

To contact you about your enquiry and arrange viewings, to introduce suitable residences if you join the private register, to keep a record of your consent, to operate and secure the Site, and to comply with legal obligations.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your data and we do not share it with unrelated third parties. Your enquiry is handled by Seven Spaces Real Estate L.L.C. (Dubai Trade License No. 1066033, RERA ORN 30321), our own licensed real-estate agency, and by the advisor named on the Site. We use these service providers to run the Site and deliver your enquiry to the advisor:

1. Cloudflare for hosting, security, e-mail delivery and cookie-free visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics);
2. Google (Gmail), where the advisor receives the enquiry by e-mail;
3. Google Maps, but only if you press "Show map" on a residence page: the map is then loaded from Google, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Nothing is requested from Google before you press the button;
4. Telegram, which delivers an instant notification of the enquiry (name, phone, e-mail, residence and your message) to the advisor.

If you choose to write to the advisor through the WhatsApp button, your message is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. We also share data where the law requires it.

6. Legal Basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (given when you submit an enquiry), because it is necessary to respond to your request, and because of our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Site.

7. Retention

We keep your enquiry for as long as needed to deal with it and to keep a record of your consent, and no longer than 24 months after your last contact with us, unless the law requires a longer period or you ask us to delete it earlier.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to enquiries is limited to the advisor and the people who need it to deal with your request.

9. Where Your Data Is Processed

Our providers operate global infrastructure, so your data may be processed in countries outside the United Arab Emirates, including the European Union and the United States. We choose providers that apply recognised security standards.

10. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time, by writing to privacy@realtimo.com.

11. Cookies

The Site does not set cookies. See the separate Cookie & Local Storage Notice.

12. Children

The Site is not directed at individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

13. Changes

We may update this Policy. The version date is shown at the top of this page, and material changes will be announced on the Site.
