1. Acceptance
By using luxury.realtimo.com (the "Site"), operated by Seven Spaces Real Estate L.L.C. (Dubai Trade License No. 1066033, RERA ORN 30321), trading as "Realtimo" ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. What the Site Is
The Site is a presentation of selected residences. You can browse residences, save favourites on your device and send an enquiry to the advisor. The Site is operated directly by Seven Spaces Real Estate L.L.C. (Dubai Trade License No. 1066033, RERA ORN 30321), a Dubai real-estate brokerage (licensed activity: Real Estate Buying & Selling Brokerage). Enquiries are handled by the advisor named on the Site.
We do not provide investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and we do not guarantee any outcome, price, availability or return relating to any residence.
3. Residence Information
Residence information comes from the owners' and developers' materials and from our own records. Prices are listed in UAE dirhams and US dollars (the dirham is pegged to the dollar). For convenience the Site can also show prices in other currencies converted at a daily exchange rate; those figures are indicative only, the contract price is in UAE dirhams, and the amount you pay in another currency depends on the rate and fees on the day. Listed prices are the prices of the residence itself: they do not include taxes, registration and transfer fees, financing costs or agency commission, which depend on the country, the emirate and the residence you choose and are confirmed by the advisor before any agreement is made. Prices, availability and details can change and are confirmed by the advisor. Some images are illustrative, and floor plans are indicative and subject to confirmation. We take reasonable steps to keep the information current but do not warrant its accuracy or completeness. Always confirm the details with the advisor before making a decision.
4. Submitting an Enquiry
When you send an enquiry, you authorise us to use your name, phone number, e-mail address and message to contact you, as described in the Privacy Policy and the Lead Consent Notice shown at the point of submission. Those documents form part of these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to scrape or bulk-copy the content of the Site by automated means without our written permission; not to give a false identity when you send an enquiry; not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; and not to interfere with its operation or security.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site's design, software and original text belong to us or our licensors. Photographs, floor plans and project materials remain the property of the respective owner, developer, photographer or rights holder.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the information on the Site, from any transaction (or failure to transact) in relation to a residence, or from any interruption or error of the Site.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The version date is shown at the top of this page, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable there, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
