1. What This Notice Covers
This notice explains what the Site stores on your device. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
2. No Cookies
The Site does not set cookies of its own, and it does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for visit statistics: it works without cookies and does not track you across other websites.
3. Local Storage: Your Shortlist
When you save a residence with the heart icon, the Site keeps the list in your browser's local storage under the name rl_saved. It stays on your device, is not sent to us, and lets the list survive between visits. You can remove it with the "Clear all" button on the shortlist page or by clearing your browser data.
4. Local Storage: Currency and Language
The Site shows prices in a currency chosen for you. Your choice, if you make one with the currency button, is kept in your browser under rl_cur, and the latest exchange rates and the country detected for your connection are kept for a few hours under rl_fx. Both stay on your device and can be removed by clearing your browser data. To choose the first currency the Site asks our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for the country of your connection, which it derives from your IP address; we do not store it on our servers.
The same country decides the language of your first visit: visitors from Russia and other CIS countries are taken to the Russian version of the Site, visitors from countries where German, French, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese is spoken to the version in that language, everyone else sees the English one. If you choose a language with the language button, your choice is kept in your browser under rl_lang and is respected from then on; a short-lived marker (rl_autolang, session storage) prevents the automatic switch from repeating during one visit. Both stay on your device and can be removed by clearing your browser data.
5. Optional Map (Google)
Residence pages can show the project location. The map is not loaded automatically: only when you press "Show map" does your browser connect to Google Maps, and Google may then set cookies or store data under its own privacy policy. If you do not press the button, nothing is loaded from Google. The "Open in Google Maps" link only opens Google Maps in a new tab when you click it.
6. Fonts and Scripts
Fonts, icons and scripts of the Site are served from the Site itself. The only external script is the Cloudflare Web Analytics script mentioned above.
7. Managing Storage
You can block or delete browser storage in your browser settings. Doing so only removes your saved shortlist and your currency choice.
8. Changes to This Notice
We may update this notice if the way the Site works changes. The version date is shown at the top of this page.
